Return and Refund Policy

At Davis Buildings & Kennels, we take pride in the quality of our custom-built products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.

Returns

• We do not accept returns on buildings or kennels after they are delivered.
• We will pick up RTO returned products only orded by the RTO company

Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable after 5 days of order being submitted on RTO.
• Out of Pocket sales will have 5% restocking fee if cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-built products tailored to your specifications are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
